CROSS TRAINING
All LEVELS
Constantly varied & high intensity functional movements. Cross-training simply means mixing up your exercise routine by incorporating several different types of exercise. This works more muscle groups, improves agility, and makes it easier to participate in a variety of recreational sports. Cross-training also allows you to vary the stress placed on specific muscles and even your cardiovascular system. Build strength and muscular endurance with Afterburn cross training system that has been tested and researched to fully maximize your outcome towards your fitness goals. This is where you battle through not just physical challenge but mentally challenge you to bring out the best, stronger, fitter & healthier version of yourself.
ADVANCED CROSS TRAINING
For experienced athletes & members who participated at least once in our regular Cross Training classes. This class is designed for athletes who have a well-developed foundation of excellent movement, and above average skill and strength. We focus on long duration partner/team workouts here. The class runs 60-70 minutes.


OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING
Olympic weightlifting is a sport in which athletes compete in lifting a barbell loaded with weight plates from the ground to overhead, with each athlete trying to successfully lift the heaviest weights. Athletes compete in two specific ways of lifting the barbell overhead: these are the snatch and the clean and jerk. In this 45 minutes intensive class, we cover the basic and proper foundation/forms to enchance your skills into lifting heavier.
INTRODUCTION TO CROSS TRAINING
Fundamental movements for beginner to intermediate levels.
Intro to Cross Training is a weekend only series where we kept the participants at 6 pax. You will learn how to improve not just your basic movements such as your Squats, Hinge, Deadlift, Push & Pull movements but also an introduction to all CrossFit movements.


BETTER HUMANS (STRENGTH)
Fundamental movements for beginner to intermediate levels.
Intro to Cross Training is a weekend only series where we kept the participants at 6 pax. You will learn how to improve not just your basic movements such as your Squats, Hinge, Deadlift, Push & Pull movements but also an introduction to all CrossFit movements.
BRING THE HEAT (CONDITIONING)
Conditioning classes with unique training system & elements from each different coaches. In this class, coaches at Afterburn are in charge of personally curating their programs from daily to monthly so that you can achieve and gain the best out of it. Focus on improving your muscle endurance to building serious cardiovascular strength in this 45-60 minutes class.
Enjoy a faster pace of workouts doing higher volume works and intervals that challenge your overall body endurance. Expect each coach to bring different elements/method in their program. Experience it yourself which training style that suites you the best !
